VPF Mitchell Shire Social Housing Project
7 new homes were constructed for people at risk of homelessness in Wallan, Broadford, and Seymour.
The homes were built as part of the $3.1 million partnership between BeyondHousing and the Victorian Government’s Victorian Property Fund (VPF), with support from Mitchell Shire Council. Mitchell Shire is already experiencing rapid population growth, with further extreme population growth of 190.32 per cent by 2041.
